About Me

Thank you for being open to exploring a thoughtful and purposeful approach to End-of-Life. My sincere hope is to guide and assist you and your family in preparing for a more meaningful and less stressful journey. I recognize death as a natural and important part of life and promise to accompany you with an open and loving heart. I will hold space for you as we navigate forward during this sacred time.

I started my journey to become an End-of-Life Doula (EOLD) in 2019. I trained and certified through the Larner M.D. College of Medicine at the University of Vermont. I am also an active Hospice Volunteer and a Compassionate Companion through the No One Dies Alone program. I am Reiki master-level certified and love being able to offer clients this meditative practice that promotes relaxation and stress reduction through gentle touch.

Prior to becoming a certified EOLD, I worked for 20 years in the medical field as an MRI Technologist. Before that, I was a case manager supporting intellectually disabled adults. I am also a lifelong volunteer and advocate of helping others learn to trust, love and care for themselves.

As an End-of-Life Doula I want to be a comforting presence that assists you in focusing on what you can control, helping you to feel competent and central to the process and lending gentle guidance to help you plan an end-of-life experience that supports how you want to live the rest of your journey.
